Based on our knowledge and experience, InXpress franchisees were in a prime position to offer support and advice during the challenges of 2020. From offering money-saving tips for companies needing to increase their shipping requirements, to giving consultations to customers on how they could quickly and efficiently pivot their business to eCommerce. 

During the pandemic, though, many of our franchisees went the extra mile for both their customers and their communities. 

  • For example, InXpress Cambridge offered free shipping to Police and NHS workers in his local area, helping them to send gifts or food parcels to people who needed them. 
  • InXpress Birmingham South, sprang into action when of their clients needed a crucial ventilator to reach the Royal Papworth Hospital Cambridge, after it became delayed in transit (through another company)
  • While InXpress Bradford helped to rush out a special Captain Sir Tom gin, in time for Christmas.

Helping to make the world a better place

Through InXpress Gives Back, you can also play your part in leaving the world a better place. We are dedicated to raising funds for a several great causes across the UK and make a real difference in people’s lives. Many of the causes we’re supporting are those which have a personal impact on our franchisees and their staff, such as providing community accessible defibrillators, or teaching children vital CPR techniques

Over the years, InXpress franchisees also work together every November, to raise thousands of pounds for charity. In 2020, we raised a whopping £10,142 from our Penny Per Shipment campaign. This enables us to have a practical impact, like purchasing a wheelchair for young Harry.

This kind of community involvement can help attract some fantastic publicity for you and your business. It also gives your InXpress office a rich sense of community spirit, as you begin to leave a positive impact on those around you.
